About me

 My name is Melissa Otten, I am 28 years old, and since my school days, I have proven one thing: if I want to achieve something, I give it 100%. From starting in basic vocational education to obtaining my higher professional education (HBO) degree in Facility Management. My journey shows that drive and determination are my defining characteristics.

With a background in Sales and Marketing, I have gained broad knowledge of customer-focused working, strategy, and project management. I enjoy supervising projects from start to finish and taking the lead in the process. What sets me apart is my determination: for me, “no” is not the end of the road, but the beginning of a conversation. By listening carefully and asking questions, I always seek to identify the underlying need and find a joint solution.  

I work independently with focus and dedication, but I strongly believe in the power of collaboration. Working as a team allows you to bundle your knowledge and achieve great results. Flexibility is a given for me. If a project requires extra effort, I am willing to deliver it.  

Outside of work, I enjoy life to the fullest. Together with my husband and our daughter, who is almost one, we are a true “work hard, play hard” family. Spending time together and enjoying the little things give me the energy and inspiration to get the best out of myself every day.
